Step 1You show us this
The annoying thing, as it is right now
A blank awkward wall. A garage the car gave up on. A patio nobody sits on. A photo and a few sentences is enough.
Show #Works the problem. We'll help figure out the solution — and get it done.
Send a few details and a photo. We'll build your personalized #Works Path: a proposed solution, a visual concept when it's useful, scope, and next steps.
Free to start. Nothing happens until you approve the Path.
How it goes
Step 1You show us this
A blank awkward wall. A garage the car gave up on. A patio nobody sits on. A photo and a few sentences is enough.
Step 2We show you this
A proposed solution in plain English, a visual concept when it helps, what it takes, and what it would cost — before anything starts.
Step 3We get it done
You approve the Path and a maximum. We handle the work we're set up to do, and tell you straight when something needs a licensed trade instead.
Images are illustrative of the kind of work we take on.
Fix • Build • Improve
If it's practical, non-regulated, and driving you mildly crazy, it's probably a fit. Here's the kind of thing people send us.
Garages, closets, pantries, sheds, the room where things go.
The room is fine; the way it works isn't.
New place, new stage of life, same stuff — arranged sensibly.
You already own more of the solution than you think.
Sticky doors, assembly, mounting, the small stuff that lingers.
The thing that got 60% done in 2023.
#Works is not a licensed trade contractor — no electrical, plumbing, structural, HVAC, or roofing work. If that's what your project needs, we'll say so early and help you figure out the right Path from there.
The Path
Six steps, in plain English. Nothing happens to your money until step four.
Short intake, a few photos or a video, what you want instead, budget and timing.
Just the project-specific questions we need to understand your goal and constraints.
What we heard, what you want, whether budget and timing work, next step, and pricing.
The plan, known materials, pricing structure, your maximum authorized cost, and the deposit.
That's what lets us buy the listed materials and get set up for the work.
#Works will not exceed your approved maximum without your permission. Full stop.
Reuse before buy
Plenty of places tell you what your project should cost. We start the other way around: what's the goal, what do you already have, and what are you willing to spend? Then we design the work to fit that — or tell you honestly that it doesn't.
Your range shapes the plan from the start. No slow reveal of the real price at the end.
Shelving, lumber, furniture, bins, hardware — half of most solutions is already on site.
You approve a maximum authorized project cost, and that number is the ceiling.
Our pricing principle
#Works will not exceed your approved maximum without your permission.
If something changes once we're in it, you'll hear about it before it costs you anything. You decide what happens next.
Describe it in your own words, send a photo, and we'll take it from there.
Finally. It Just Works.
