How #Works Works

Six steps. No mystery. No surprise invoice.

The whole point of the Path is that you know what's happening, what it costs, and what happens next — before anyone picks up a tool.

  1. 01

    Tell us what isn't working

A short intake: what's bugging you, photos or a quick video, what you'd rather have instead, your budget range, and your timing. You don't need to know the solution — that's our job.

  2. 02

We review it and ask only what matters

No questionnaire marathon. If we need a measurement, a clearer photo, or a detail about how you actually use the space, we'll ask those specific questions and nothing else.

  3. 03

    You get Your #Works Path

A plain-English write-up: what we heard, what you want instead, whether your budget and timing look workable, whether a site visit or a visual concept would help, the proposed next step, and — once the picture is clear — pricing.

  4. 04

    You approve the Path

You approve the plan, the known materials, how pricing is structured, the maximum authorized project cost, and the stated deposit. Nothing moves until that's yours to say yes to.

  5. 05

    Your deposit activates the project

The deposit is what lets us start buying the listed materials and preparing for the work. It's the switch that turns a plan into a scheduled project.

  6. 06

    We stay inside your maximum

#Works will not exceed your approved maximum without your permission. If something changes mid-project, you hear about it before a dollar moves — not after.
